Minty Drip Marble Manicure

Hiya Dolls!

It's going to be a little quiet around here for the next two weeks as we will be in Disneyland!  My Huz turns 40 this year so we decided to spend it in his fave place.

I made this minty drip marble design last week and wore it for 5 days.  As you can tell, I am all about some drip marbles lately.

I am wearing OPI You've Got Nata on Me on my pointer and middle finger.  My pinkie is Heroine NYC in Empower-Mint.  For the drip marble I used all the colors and Essie Blue-tiful Horizon.

Hope ya'll are having a fabulous Summer!

Candy Drip Marble Manicure

Hey Dolls!

I did another Drip Marble manicure the other day and I loved how it turned out.  It reminds me of candy!

I used Sally Hansen After Altar, Essie Check-Up, Heroine Lilac It, Glam Polish Otter This World!

Essie Ballet Slippers

Hey Dolls!

I finally picked up Essie Ballet Slippers the other day.  It's such an iconic shade and I decided that it needed to join my collection!  I love a sweet, milky pink and this one is just that.

I needed three coats to get the opacity that I like.  There still is a bit of nail line showing but I like that look with these kind of squishy pinks.

Is Essie Ballet Slippers in your collection?

Drip Marble Manicure

Hiya Dolls!

I tried my first Drip Marble manicure the other day and I'm in love!  I have been seeing and hearing about drip marble manis but I was never sure how they were done.  I saw a great tutorial on Instagram and had to give it a try myself.

Drip Marble Manicure

To make this Drip Marble mani, I dropped about 12 drops of nail polish onto a piece of plastic, then I picked up the plastic and moved it around to let the colors mix together until I got the desired look.  I let it dry for 3 hours and then I painted one coat of polish on my nail and placed the decal on my nail and trimmed off the excess and did a bit of clean up with acetone.

The colors I used for the drip marble are all OPI, Champagne for Breakfast, Five-and-Ten, Let Me Bayou a Drink, Starry-Eyed for Dear Daniel, Life Gave Me Lemons, Towel Me About, Malibu Pier Pressure and Aurora Berry-alis.  I am wearing Aurora Berry-alis on my pinkie, and Essie Ballet Slippers on my pointer finger.

Have you tried a Drip Marble mani before?  What do you think of it?
