 pr samples

I have some beautiful new Starrily Creme Polishes to show you today.  There are so many beautiful colours in this beautiful new collection. There are 8 cremes and 2 shimmer toppers.

The formulas on all of these polishes are absolutely amazing.  Most of them are one coaters!

First up is Cloudscape, a stunning periwinkle blue.

Serenity is a lovely bright mauvey-purple.

Here is the topper Zephirine over top of Serenity.  Zephirine is a beautiful magenta shimmer topper.

Private Island is a beautiful sea blue creme.

Queen Bee is a such a cool yellow creme!  I love that this one is a bit of a darker mustard yellow for Summer.

Terracotta is a gorgeous terracotta orange creme.  I love this one!

Here is Sparkler over top of TerracottaSparkler has orange shimmer that shifts to green depending on the lighting!

Gaia is a cool toned medium green creme.

Forest of the Night is a gorgeous rich, forest green creme.  I wasn't expecting to love this one as much as I do!

I'm wearing Zephirine on my pointer and middle fingers and Sparkler on my ring and pinkie.  Over top of Forest of the Night.

Empress is a deep royal blue.  Another stunner.

I had to put Zephirine over top of Empress.  How stunning!

What do you think of this collection?

Twinsie Tuesday Favorite Color

Hello e'rybody!

This weeks prompt for Twinsie Tuesday is our favorite color.  You'd think that would be easy for me, but I found a way to make it complicated!  Green is actually my favorite color if you just ask me what my fave color is.  But if we are talking polish, then my fave would not be green.  If you asked me a few months ago, I would have said that my fave polish color is purple.  But somehow, things have changed, and I am all over some PINK.

So today I am showing you Zoya Shelby which is a fabulous bubblegum pink cream.  Two smooth, buttery coats was all this needed for perfect coverage.

Take a peek at the other Twinsie's to see their fave colors:

I won't be posting for a week because as you are reading this we are having our first morning in Disneyland!  Woohoo!  We surprised our girls with a week vacay in Cali.  So excited.  See you next weeks Dolls!

Kourt Is Ready For a Pedi, Nicole OPI

Happy Valentine's Day!

I think Kourt Is Ready For a Pedi is a great polish to show off for Valentine's Day.  I love Nicole by OPI, and I love the Kardashian's!  Kourtney is def my fave Kardashian.  I have wanted Kourt Is Ready For a Pedi for a long time now, so when I saw it went on sale for $5.00 I had to get it!  (They are regularly $10-12.00 in Canada).

KIRFAP (lets abreve it shall we?) is a bright orange leaning red that is a crelly (creme-jelly mix).  For my pictures I used 3 very thin coats.  There was some visible nail line, but I don't mind that too much.

I hope your Valentine's Day is full of love!

Twinsie Tuesday Birthstone Mani

Hello friendlies!

We are showing you a mani using our birthstone color this week at Twinsie Tuesday.  My birthday is August 17, and August's birthstone is peridot.  Peridot can range from yellow-green to olive green.  When I was younger, I thought that peridot was really boring, but now I love it.  Green is now one of my favorite colors (not so much for nail polish though).

Since I don't love green nail polish that much, I didn't have much to work with.  One shade of green that I like in polish is mint or aqua.  I own two mint polishes, one of them is Revlon Minted which I am showing you today.

Minted took 4 coats to reach opacity.  I do quite thin coats so I'm sure you could get away with 2-3 thicker coats.  It did dry really quickly, so it made the 4 coats manageable.

I want to send a warm welcome to our newest Twinsie Jamie!  So glad to have you!

Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!

Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine! is from the OPI Germany Collection.  A deep, grey creme with green undertones, this was so rich and felt very chic.  Amanda from Amandalandish and Nory from Fierce Makeup and Nails sent it to me in a care-package.  Love those girls!

On my accent finger, I'm wearing OPI, Bring on the Bling from the Burlesque Collection.  The amount of glitter with just one swipe of this polish is fabulous!  BOTB flashes mostly gold on the nail, but there are lots of green, orange, light blue, silver and pink glitters in there too.

Skittles Mani, Twinsie Tuesday

Hey hey heeey!

Twinsie Tuesday is here again and we are rocking a skittle mani this week.  I played around with a few different polishes and didn't love the result.  So I ended up with this:

On my index finger I'm wearing Revlon Valentine, it's a lovely red jelly that builds opacity quickly, this is 2 coats.  On my middle finger I'm wearing Revlon Cherries in the Snow, a beautiful reddish/pink creme, 2 coats.  On my ring finger, I'm wearing Revlon Coral Me Wild, a gorgeous coral creme, 2 coats.  And lastly, on my pinky I'm wearing Essie Secret Story, which is pink jelly perfection in my opinion!

I can't wait to see what the other ladies are wearing this week, I love skittle manis.
