Essie Drip Marble Mani

Hello Lovelies!

I have an all Essie Drip Marble Mani to share with you today! 

The polishes I used are Check-Up, Urban Jungle, Wicked, Playing Koi and Jiggle Hi, Jiggle Low and Time For Me Time.  Wicked is Essie's Polish of the Month for October, so I wanted to incorporate that beauty into my mani.

Glam Polish Spread a Little Aloha

Hiya Lovelies!

I'm sharing the gorgeous new Spread A Little Aloha Trio from Glam Polish with you today!

This is such a fun little trio inspired by one of my favorite destinations, Hawaii!

First up is Aloha 'Oe, a gorgeous cornflower blue crelly with pink shimmer and ultra holo glitter.  The formula was fabulous, I used two perfect coats for my swatch.

E Komo Mai is a lavender crelly with iridescent flakies and ultra holo glitter.  I love the depth that all those gorgeous flakies gives to the polish.  Such a pretty combo.  This one built up perfectly in two coats.

I Lava You! is a lovely blush holo with ultra holo glitter.  This one is so jam packed with holo bits that it was almost a one coater!  I ended up doing two for my photos, but you can get away with one.

The Spread a Little Aloha trio is available on Nov 1st on the Glam Polish website.  Polishes retail for $12.50 each or $36.00 for the set of three.

Which one is YOUR perfect red?

First up is Cherry Delightful, a new universal shade of red that looks great on every skin tone.  Perfect formula, two easy coats.

Warm Regards is an orange-toned red with a jelly formula.  I used two coats for my swatch.

Red My Lips is pink-toned red cream.  Two perfect coats.

Red-Handed is a new shade, a very saturated rich red cream.  Two easy coats.

Red Over Heels is a rich, deep red cream.  Two perfect coats.

Oh So Lava-ly is a new shade, a rich red cream with beautiful pink and orange shimmer that really show up on the nail.  This beauty was so saturated, it was almost a one coater.  I did two to add extra depth with that shimmer.

Society Ruler is a stunning burgundy red cream.  This one is so saturated, you can get away with one coat if you apply carefully!

Berry Fancy is a lovely berry toned red cream.  It is one of the new shades.  There is a slight white shimmer in this beauty, but it doesn't show up well on the nail.  Another perfect formula, two easy coats.

Belle of the Ball is a new shade and she is absolutely stunning!  This beauty has a blue base with gorgeous pink and orange shimmer running throughout.  Such a stunner!  Two easy coats.

Zoya Jubilee Holiday 2018

Hey Lovelies!

I have the beautiful new Zoya Jubilee Holiday 2018 Collection to show you.  There are 12 new polishes, 7 creams, 1 shimmer, 1 glitter, 2 Pixie Dusts and 1 leopard spots topper.

Danica is a stunning deep, teal cream.  Perfect formula, almost a one coater.  Be sure to double up on your base coat and watch your cuticles because this one could stain.

Taryn is a fabulous fuchsia pink with purple shimmer running throughout.  I love shades like this with that electric shimmer!  Perfect formula, 2 easy coats.

Astrid is a beautiful liquid gold foil.  It's dripping with gold flakes.  Formula was good, I ended up doing 3 coats of this one to fill a few spots where the flakes were a little sparse.

Carson is a lovely nude pink cream.   I'm such a fan of dusty pinks like this beauty.  I used 2 easy coats for my swatch.

Chiara is a rich deep purple cream with an awesome formula.  This is a one coater!

Leigh is described as a perfect winter nude cream.  It has a great formula, 2 perfect coats.

Maxine is a beautiful red with pink undertones.  I love how bright and beautiful she is.  Maxine is a crelly formula, I used 2 coats.

Kateri is a vampy dark brown.  Another one coater!  Kateri is such a deep brown that it almost looks black on the nail.

Allison is a bright 'plum-toned, ruby cream'.  Another great formula, 2 easy coats.

Cookie is a beautiful purple Pixie Dust that has gold flakies mixed in.  I am totally in love with those gold flakes in there.  Two coats.

Juniper is a sparkling teal Pixie Dust.  I used two coats for my swatch.  I wish more of the shimmer and glitter that you see in the bottle showed up on the nail, but you can see the purple shift which I think looks really cool.

Leopard Spots is a new special effect topper..  It is meant to be layered over the Pixie Dust shades for a leopard print effect.  I layered Leopard Spots over Juniper.  I like how the spots dry to a velvet finish.

Fall Drip Marble Manicure

Hiya Lovelies!

I used a couple of the new Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall/Winter 2018 Collection (see swatches here) to create a Fall inspired Drip Marble Mani.  I also used a couple polishes from the Cirque Colors Facets Collection.

To create the Drip Marble, I placed a few drops of polish onto a piece of plastic (I just use a ziplock bag) and then I pick up the plastic and turn it around and around to let the colors swirl together.  Let dry for about 4 hours and then peel off plastic.  To adhere to the nail, I first put a base coat on and then working quickly, I place the design on nail and smooth out all the edges.  I use pure acetone to get a nice smooth line around my cuticles.

I used four Cirque Colors polishes for this look, Smokey Quartz, Rose Quarts, Minetta and Carnegie.  I added a few pieces of gold foil (which I buy from Michael's craft stores) and then top coat to smooth everything out. 

I'm wearing Minetta on my thumb nail if you are curious.

Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall/Winter 2018, Swatches and Review

Hiya Lovelies!

I have the gorgeous new Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall/Winter 2018 collection to share with you today.  This 6 piece collection has the absolute perfect Autumn palette.  It'll make you want to put on your suede ankle boots and sip a pumpkin spice latte whilst walking through the Fall leaves!

First up is the lovely Carnegie, a soft sage green with gray undertones.  I'm not usually a fan of greens but I would totally wear this beauty!

Rockaway is a stunning dusty teal cream.  I am so in love with this shade of teal, the dusty quality makes it perfect for Fall.

Bowery is a perfect burnt orange cream.  This is the first color that comes to my mind when I think of Autumn.  This is totally Fall in a bottle!

Minetta is a romantic pink-nude cream.  You know I am all over this shade, I just can't get enough.  It is the perfect Fall nude.

Famous Original is a fabulous red-brown cream.  This red transitions beautifully from Fall to Winter!

Walk on the Wild Side is an olive green-brown cream.  I feel like this shade is one that people will either love or hate!  I will totally rock this shade with a pair of black jeans, my jean jacket and a Fall scarf!

The Metropolis Fall/Winter 2018 collection is available on the Cirque Colors website as of today, October 10, 2018.  Polishes retail for $12.50 each, and these 6 new polishes will be a part of their permanent collection.
