Hey Dolls!
I have the twelve new polishes that make up the Infinite Shine Summer Collection 2015 from OPI to share with you! There are so many gorgeous shades in this collection, some brights that just scream Summer, some pale-soft nudes and metallic gold and silver for some sparkle.
Patience Pays Off is a lovely nude pink creme. I needed three thin coats of this as I was having a hard time with streakiness. I ended up wearing this polish for eight days though and still didn't want to take it off!
Bee Mine Forever is a darling honey-yellow creme. The formula was pretty good, just a little patchiness here and there. I used two coats for my swatch.
S-ageless Beauty is a pastel shade of sage green. This is so soft and lovely, a really nice way to wear green! Formula was fine, I used two coats.
Follow Your Bliss is a fun playful pink creme. The formula on this beauty was fantastic, two thin easy coats.
You're Blushing Again is my fave of the whole collection! It is a such a great nude pink creme. The formula was so easy to use, two thin coats. This is going to be my go-to nude!
This bright tangerine creme is called The Sun Never Sets. This orange screams Summer to me! The formula was a little streaky, but two thick-ish coats gave me good opacity.
Wild Blue Yonder is a stunning bight sky blue creme. This is sooooo pigmented, it's almost a one coater. Definitely double up on your base coat with this shade and apply very carefully around your cuticles or you'll end up looking a little 'smurfy'.
Purpletual Emotion is a deep but still bright shade of eggplant. I wasn't wowed with this shade in the bottle, but once it's on the nails...FABULOUS! Formula is amazing, again almost a one coater.
Lavendurable...... is anyone else freaking out over this adorable shade? Such a beauty, I feel like everyone is going to love this sweet lavender. I used two thick-ish coats for my swatch and this is currently on my toes for Summer!
To Be Continued... is a gorgeous periwinkle blue creme. Another beauty that I think everyone will want in their collection! I used two coats, but probably needed three.
Silver on Ice is a shimmery metallic silver. I almost got away with one coat of this, but ended up doing two in hopes of getting rid of some of those streaks. No luck there, the streaks are inevitable.
Enter the Golden Era is a pearly gold metallic. I ended up really loving this one me! I used two thin coats and while there were still some visible streaks, it's not as bad as Silver on Ice.
So what do you guys think of this Collection? I think OPI did a great job and that there are lots of options for everyone. I definitely have a few favorites!
This Collection was available as of July 2015 at select salons.
Some great colors here!

DeleteI love all of these and also the soft collection but the price is too much!!!!! $12.95 at Sally. I am wearing one of the soft shades and it is holding up beautifully and I did not sure the base or top coat. Just my regular base and topper.
ReplyDeleteYes I totally hear you, they are pricey! That's cool to know that they hold up even without their base and top coat! xo
