OPI Neon Fluid Nail Art

You know I had to use these OPI Neons for some nail art!  I decided on a Fluid Nail Art/Drip Marble Mani.

I love how bright and bold these OPI Neons are.  I used a white base coat to make the colors pop.

I used OPI V-I-Pink Passes, Positive Vibes Only and Orange You a Rockstar?  I also used Dance Legend Spot It in white to get those gorgeous 'cells'.
