OPI Muppets Most Wanted Spring 2014, Limited Editions

**Press release

Hey Dolls!

I am so excited to share a few polishes from OPI's annual Spring soft shade collection which celebrates the new Muppets Most Wanted movie!  There are eight new movie-inspired limited edition polishes in the collection.

First up is Int'l Crime Caper which is a lovely white opalescent pearl polish.  Int'l Crime Caper is quite sheer, I built mine up with three coats.  This will work great as a layering polish.

Next up is Muppets World Tour.  OPI describes it as white quartz with colorful sparkle!  I had no idea I would love this polish so much!  There are blue, pink and silver large hex glitters, small matte white and silver glitters and silver micro shimmer!  My swatch is two coats, and I didn't use any 'undies'.

For my last mani I used Int'l Crime Caper and did one coat of Muppets World Tour over top.  I love these two together.

Muppets Most Wanted by OPI nail lacquer shades each feature OPI’s exclusive ProWideTM Brush for the ultimate in application. Muppets Most Wanted will be available March 2014, at professional salons and spas for $10.95 CAN suggested retail each.

This giveaway is open to Canadian and US residents only (Canadian shipping rates are a little crazy, sorry international peeps).

To enter, please be a follower of my blog (GFC) AND leave a comment on this post.  I am also going to post it on Instagram, if follow me on there as well, I will put your name in twice (just tell me in the comments that you are on IG too with your username)!  I'm going to pick a random winner on Monday March 10th.

Good luck luvies and thanks so much for all your support!

Finger Paints Warhol Wannabe

Hey Dolls

Get ready for a goodie!  This is a bright one, a fantastically bright neon pink!  Yummo.  Finger Paints Warhol Wannabe has an amazing formula, two coats was all it needed.

Isn't she fantastic?  I am so impressed with Finger Paints right now!

Twinsie Tuesday, My Collection

Hey Dolls

We are showing you our stashes today!  I like to have my polishes out in the open so I can see them and be inspired.

I don't have an exact count, but I know I have over 300 polishes.  I just realized that I'm a crazy person!  But you probably are too since you're reading this blog!  Ha...

So these are my polishes that I keep out on my bookshelf.  I have plans to wall paper the back of the shelf and to paint it as well (I'll do an update on that when it's finished).  I do have a tuppaware bin full of polishes that I don't care for anymore that isn't shown here.

I sort by brand, not by color.  I really like the idea of categorizing them by color though, maybe one day!

I didn't show my shelf of topcoats, basecoats and some favorite layering polishes as well.  I also have a little caddy that I keep my essentials in for easy access (remover, acetone, files, oils etc).

So there you have it!

Be sure to check out the other Twinsie's to see their stashes!

Finger Paints Rockin Renaissance

Hiya Dolls

I had no idea when I bought Finger Paints Rockin Renaissance from Sally's the other day that it was a textured polish.  It looked so amazing in the bottle but I was shocked when I was putting it on.  Even though I'm not a huge fan of textured polishes, Rockin Renaissance is flippin amazing.

There is so much gorgeousness going on here!  I mean....look at it!

Of course I had to put a top coat on (two actually) and if I thought I loved it before, now I've died and gone to heaven!  I bought it for that gold flakie goodness that I saw in the bottle, but I had no idea that it would be this stunning.  I think it's the textured chunky finish that makes it have so much depth.

Would you just look at it?!

Ah-mazing.  I cannot get enough of Rockin Renaissance.

OPI Congeniality Is My Middle Name

Happy Valentines Day Dolls!

I hope you are enjoying your day with someone you love!

I'm wearing OPI Congeniality Is My Middle Name, which is a stunning berry jelly with lovely pink glass flakes and shimmer.

I just couldn't capture the awesomeness that is this polish!  I'm so glad I picked it up, I don't normally lean to colors like this, but it was love at first swipe!

Valentine's Day Mani

Hiya Dolls

We are celebrating Valentines Day for Twinsie Tuesday this week.  I love Valentines Day!  I love spending it with my hubs, but my favorite part is making it special for my daughters.  I always make them a special breakfast and have a few gifts and treats ready for them throughout the day.

On my index finger I am wearing Finger Paints Pink Imagination with some gold studs from Claire's.  My middle finger is Joe Fresh Champagne.  My ring and pinky fingers are Nicole by OPI Color Me Country.  I added NYC Top Of The Gold Topcoat to my ring finger and a cute little heart using Joe Champagne and a dotting tool.

OPI Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine! and Bring On The Bling

Hey Dolls

I decided to redo one of my old mani's from November 2012.  When I first started blogging, I didn't use a watermark.  I soon found out that some people like to steal your photos, so I started putting my watermark on my pinky finger.  Well, then people just cropped out my pinky finger and still stole the picture! Ha!

So I recreated the mani of my most stollen picture.  It is OPI Nein! Nein! Nein! Ok, Fine! with an accent nail of OPI Bring On The Bling.  I still love this combo.

Purple and Gold Gradient

Hiya Dolls

I recently saw a gold gradient that I was very drawn to on @build_a_nail on Instagram.  I knew I had to do something similar!

I used Color Club Express Yourself from the Pride Collection. (I think that it is also called Disco Dress, outside of this collection?)  This Purple cream is A-mazing.  It is seriously deep and bright at the same time.  Like a dark neon really.

I sponged Joe Fresh Champagne on the tips and then dragged the brush a bit further up on the nail.  I love how this looks!  A bit messy like an abstract painting.

Twinsie Tuesday Red Nails

Hiya Dolls

Today we are doing red nails for American Heart Month.  Today is also special to me because it is my lovely Mama's 70th birthday!  My Mom is the absolute best.  She is the kindest, most loving and generous person I know.  I am so truly blessed to be her daughter.

My Mom loves a little bling so I decided on China Glaze Ruby Pumps for my red mani.  This polish is so fabulous, it looks like it glows from within!

This is 3 thin coats.  How have I not worn this polish before?  I decided to not do a bottle shot this time, because I only have a mini of Ruby Pumps.  Time to get a full size!

Be sure to click on all the Twinsie's links to check out their mani's!

Nude and Flourescent Gradient

Hi Dolls

Happy Monday, hope everyone had a great weekend.  We had girly sleepovers, swim dates, and lots of nail painting this weekend.  Couldn't ask for much better than that!

The mani I'm sharing with you today, just might be my all-time most favorite one!  Eva!  I have wanted to try this look ever since I saw @lafemmelulu on Instagram do one similar.

The polishes I used are Essie Better Together which is a lovely squishy pink jelly and Color Club East Austin.  I dabbed on a little Nicole by OPI Carrie'd Away on the tips.  So easy and such a fun look!

I dabbed on some chunkier glitter afterwards, but didn't end up liking the colors together.  Next time I'm going to use a purple polish and try a nice chunky glitter with it.
