I am super excited to show you some Incoco Nail Polish Applique Strips today!  I have wanted to try these strips for a while now because I have heard so many great things about them.  I am so happy to say that they completely live up to the hype!  These are by far, the best nail polish strips that I have used.

 

I was able to choose three designs from Incoco, the first one I am showing you today is called Twinkling Lights.  I can't get over how easy these are to apply.  They are way less finicky than I thought they would be (I have crumpled up many a nail strip out of frusteration with other brands!).  They have a great 'how-to' video on their website to get you started.  I love that there is no drying time and you can get up to 14 days out of these babies!  I only left mine on for 3 days this time, but I was super happy to find that I had no lifting or chipping at all!

  

 

I didn't have to trim any of the strips to fit my nail shape.  You get 16 strips per pack, with an assortment of sizes to fit all nail shapes.  If you don't find one that fits perfectly, they can easily by trimmed.

 

I would totally recomment Incoco Nail Polish Applique's if you are on the market for a great nail polish strip!

Nicole by OPI Roughles

Hey Dolls

 

The sun is shining here in BC today and I am wishing on Spring with my new Roughles colors!  Nicole by OPI has four new textured polishes called Roughles (pronounced ruffles) and they are so perfect for Spring.

 

First up is the lovely soft pink called Rock The Look.  Rock The Look has tiny little red and black gritties in it that make it textured.  I found the texture of these to actually be less bumpy and gritty when dry than other textured polishes that I've tried.  It dries super quick and if you apply a good thick layer you will only need one coat!

 

Next up is this pretty lavendar purple called I'm Stucco On You.  I'm Stucco On You has blue and red gritties that add the texture.  Again this can be a one coater if you apply it carefully.

 

 

Aren't these perfect for Spring?  I can definately see an Easter mani happening with these shades!  The Nicole by OPI Roughles Collection will be available in stores as of March 2014.

 

 





OPI Sheer Tints

Hiya Dolls!

 

I have two of the four new OPI Sheer Tint Top Coats to share with you today!  These are OPI's first ever pigmented top coats!  They are extremely sheer, you can use them on their own for a very sheer look or you can layer them over other polishes.

 

For my swatches below I started with a base of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls (my fave OPI white) and then I added stripes of Sheer Tints down the sides of my nails.  The pretty pink is Be Magentale With Me and the blue is I Can Teal You Like Me. 

 

I over-lapped Be Magentale With Me and I Can Teal You Like Me on my middle and pinky nails and it made a really pretty purple!

Winter to Spring, Twinsie Tuesday

Hey Dolls

 

For TT today we are sharing a polish that we think is the perfect Winter to Spring mani.  I wore a lot of mauves and deep purples this Winter, so sticking to that color scheme I chose Maybelline Lust For Lilac which is a lovely bright lilac pink that is perfect for Spring.  Lust For Lilac really leans pink on me.

OPI Can't Find My Czechbook

Hey Dolls, Happy Friday!

 

I have found a new favorite blue!  This is OPI Can't Find My Czechbook.  It is a gorgeous cornflower blue cream.  I wore this for 5 days straight and still didn't want to take it off. 

 

 

 

Formula was fantastic, two easy coats for perfect coverage.  Have any of you tried Can't Find My Czechbook?

 



OPI Muppets World Tour Chevron Tips

The theme for Twinsie Tuesday today is Decorated Tips.  I decided to go with a Chevron tip (of course!).

 

My base coat is a lovely sheer white by Maybelline called Go Nude.  I used three coats, this polish is super sheer, but definately worth it!  I used washi tape to mask off a chevron tip and then did two coats of the new Muppets World Tour glitter topper.  I am so in love with this polish!

OPI Spotlight On Glitter Collection

I am so excited to share 3 of the new OPI Spotlight On Glitter Collection polishes with you!  This is such a gorgeous sparkly collection!

 

First up is Blush Hour.  Blush Hour has lavendar, light pink and fuschia hex glitters and small silver and purple glitter in a clear base.  This is an absolute glitter bomb!

 

 

 

Next up is Chasing Rainbows.  This is totally a rainbow in a bottle!  I especially love those big hex glitters in there.  This is one coat of Chasing Rainbows over OPI I Just Can't Cope-acabana.

 

 

 

I used Chasing Rainbows again for a glitter gradient with Sally Hansen Lacey Lilac.

 

 

Last but not least I have Rose Of Light to show you.  This polish is so lovely, I don't own anything like it.  Rose Of Light has rose gold micro glitter, holographic micro glitter and SQUARE holographic glitters in a clear base.  I used two thin coats over OPI My Very First Knockwurst.

My Go-To Polish, Twinsie Tuesday

Hello Dolls!

 

We are showing off our Go-To polishes this week for TT.  My go-to polishes are always nudes, I love anything ranging from white to taupe to grey.

 

This lovely soft off white is Sinful Colors Easy Going.  This is the type of color I grab for constantly!  I love how this polish leans peachy on me, I think this is perfect for Spring!

OPI Magenta Chevrons

Hey Dolls

 

I've got another fun chevron to show you today.  I used OPI Congeniality Is My Middle Name and then taped off a chevron design and used Color Club Apollo Star.  I love how this turned out!  I don't think I'll ever tire of chevrons, the possibilites are endless.

 

 

 



Grunge Nails, Twinsie Tuesday

This weeks TT theme is Grunge Nails.  I was excited to give it a try!

 

 

I started off with OPI Can't Find My Czechbook and then swiped on a few Color Clubs, Blue-ming, Express Yourself, Raspberry Rush and then some black and white polishes.  I finished off the look with Essie Matte About You.

 

I think Chalkboard Nails came up with this design.
