I have the new Cirque Colors Metropolis Collection for Spring/Summer 2018 to share with you!  There are 6 new shades in this beautiful, bright collection that is inspired by New York City.

Uptown Girl is a sweet baby pink cream.  I wore this one for 6 days and didn't want to take it off!  The formula was easy to work with but I did need 3 coats to even out some streaks.

BAM is a vibrant coral-pink that screams Summer!  This is one of my faves from the collection for sure.  I used 3 coats for my swatches to really get the full effect of that gorgeous color.

Lafayette is a vibrant emerald green cream.  This one has a great formula, it's super saturated.  I did 2 coats for my swatch.

High Line is a lovely light blue-lavender cream.  This beauty has a great formula, 2 easy coats for full opacity.

Blushing Queens is a vibrant raspberry pink cream.  Another perfect formula, 2 coats.

Strawberry Fields is a bright red-pink cream.  My photo didn't really pick up the pink tones in this red, but they are there and I think it's perfect for Summer.

Black and White Marble Smoosh Mani

Hiya Lovelies!

Another Marble Smoosh Mani coming at ya today!  I went for a classic black and white with a hint of pink look, and gold flakes of course.

I used all OPI's (my fave brand for sure).  The black is OPI Never Have too Mani Friends from the Hello Kitty Collection (see swatches of the full collection here).  The white is OPI I Cannoli Wear OPI from the Venice Collection (see swatches here).  The soft white I used is OPI Funny Bunny and the pretty pink (that you can barely see) is OPI Bubble Bath.

Joe Fresh Gel Look Polishes

Hey Dolls!

I picked up a few new Joe Fresh Gel Look polishes the other day.  I just chose some random ones that caught my eye.  Joe Fresh polishes are $4.00 each or 3 for $10.00.

First up is Kiwi, a sweet pastel kiwi shade.  I was expecting Kiwi to be really streaky, but it was super easy to work with.  I did two thick coats and it was perfectly opaque.

Vintage Pink is a gorgeous dusty rose shade that you know is right up my alley.  I know I've said it before (and I'm sure this won't be the last time) but I will never tire of shades like this.  I need them all!  I ended up needing three coats of this one.

Sparkling Glitz is a stunning pewter-platinum metallic foil.  This one is a one coater which makes it even more awesome!

Moody Skittle Mani

Hey Dolls!

I have a moody skittle mani to share with you today.  We are having some really dreary and moody Spring weather so far in Southern BC, so I took some inspo from that.

All polishes used are OPI.  On my pointer finger I am wearing Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!  On my middle finger is My Very First Knockwurst.  My ring finger is DS Titanium and My Boyfriend Scales Walls is on my pinkie.

In case you are curious, I am wearing My Very First Knockwurst on my thumb nail.

Bright Marble Smoosh Mani

Hey Lovelies!

I was itching to do another smoosh mani!  I wanted to do something bright, I feel like this is a good transition mani from Spring to Summer!

I used all OPI Infinite Shine polishes.  My pointer finger is Sweet Heart.  The smoosh mani is a mix of Sweet Heart, That's Hula-rious!, I'll have a Manhattan and She Went On and On.  My pinkie finger is She Went On and On.

In case you are curious, I'm wearing She Went On and On on my thumb.

For these marble smoosh manis, I put a thick coat of the palest polish I'm using on a piece of hard plastic, then I dab a few of the colors on top of that polish and swirl them with a cuticle stick.  I then pink up the design with a rubber stamper and press it onto my nail.  Hope that makes sense!

Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Travel In Colour Collection

Hiya Lovelies!

I have Sally Hansen's newest curated collection, Travel In Colour to share with you today!  This collection was inspired by the vibrancy of California and liveliness of Summer music festivals.  These shades have me so excited for warmer weather, pretty dresses, sandals, shades and bright nails!

First up is the absolutely stunning Orchid-ing Aside.  I have wanted this polish for months now, so I was so happy to see it a part of this collection!  It is a sweet, orchid-pink, you know that kind of pink that is a bit milky with purple undertones.  So dreamy!  The formula was super easy to work with, I used two coats for my swatches.

Sugar Fix is a fabulous soft-yet-bright periwinkle blue.  This is my kind of blue!  The formula was perfect, two easy coats.

Little Peony is a delicate milky pink.  The formula was fine, I needed 3 coats to even out a few streaks.

In the Sheer is a sheer pinky-nude.  I used 3 coats to build up the opacity a bit.

Lilac Insomniac is bright and beautiful dark lilac cream.  I love how bright and beautiful this one is.  The formula was amazing, you can get away with one coat!  I used two for my swatches as my camera picks up every little flaw because I shoot so close up.  In real life, this polish is so saturated with colour that you only need one coat.

Frill Seeker is a deep nude with peach undertones.  This shade reminds me of foundation!  I wore this one over the weekend and really loved it, it was a palette cleanser!

Sweet Tea is a lovely, peachy-nude.  The formula was great, I used two coats for my swatch.

Does the Travel In Colour collection have you excited for Summer?  We've had a very dreary Spring so far in Southern BC, I'm ready for warmer weather!

Color Club Element of Surprise and Lunar Logic Swatches

Hiya Lovelies!

I picked up a couple of cute Color Club polishes from Winners.  I'm still waiting and hoping to find some of Color Club's Holo polishes one day.  I probably should just order them, I've been waiting for so long now!

Element of Surprise is a soft, romantic blue with the sweetest pink shimmer.  I love the ethereal feel to this polish!  The formula was fantastic, I used two coats for my swatch.  I loaded the brush up with lots of polish and it glided on so smoothly.

Lunar Logic is a pale mauve with the coolest tiny grey flecks.  I have absolutely nothing like this polish in my collection, I love finding polishes that are unique!  Another easy polish to use with a great formula, two coats.
