Twinsie Tuesday Inspired by a Blogger

I am super excited about this weeks TT theme.  We are each choosing a nail blogger that we admire.  There are so many amazing people and talents in this blogger community, it was fun to choose just one person.

 

I chose Vanessa from Nail Stories.  I love her blog, her swatches always amaze me.  I often HAVE to go out and buy a polish after seeing her photos!

 

It was Vanessa's Bow Mani that made me actually like the 3D trend.  Right after seeing it, I knew what I would pick out for my next  review from the Born Pretty Store.  They had so many cute 3D Bows, I decided on these pinky/peach polka dot ones.

Born Pretty Store Review, Stamping

Hey Hey Heeeyyy!

I love using nail stamping plates, it's such a quick easy way to get a really cool nail art look, so I was super exited to receive these stamping plates from Born Pretty Store.  For my first look, I used stamping plate M69 item 1095, and I used the zebra design.  I love how fun this look is.  My base color is OPI, Skip The Gift Wrap.

 

My second look are these fun swirls, using stamping plate M57 item 1079 found here.  My base coat is Zoya Aurora.  I love these swirls over this fun holo!

Stamping Plate from Born Pretty Store, Review

I have been wanting some new stamping plates for a while now, so when Born Pretty Store said I could choose anything from their online store, I knew right away what I wanted!

 

I chose the  42 Cute Patterns Quadrant Nail Art Stamp Plate CK-02, and it only took about 2 weeks to get to me (that is really great considering Canadian Customs can be time consuming!)  I was so excited to try out the 42 designs on the plate. They are so detailed and crisp.  The first one I tried are these cute little randomly placed triangles.
 

I have really long nail beds so some of the designs didn't fit on my nail in one go.  I just lined it up and did a seperate stamp for each nail.
