Navy-Teal with Gold Flakie Top Coat

 Hi Dolls!

I'm back at it again with the Sephora by OPI It's Real 18K Gold Top Coat.  I told you I can't get enough of this flakie topcoat.  When I was swatching the OPI Washington DC Fall Collection, I knew right away that I had to top CIA = Color is Awesome with gold flakies.  It did not disappoint!

I love using this top coat over dark colors!  I really want to get my hands on the OPI Mariah Carey Gold and Silver Leaf Top Coat.  The flakes look bigger than these gold ones which would be fun.  It was Limited Edition, but I'm sure I could find it on Amazon or something.

I topped everything with my NYC Grand Central Station top coat to make everything super shiny.  Another thing that I love about this gold top coat is that it lays super flat on the nail so it doesn't require multiple layers of top coat.  It is also super easy to take off (unlike most glitters).

And just for fun-zies, I added OPI's Matte About You topcoat.  I prefer it shiny, but this was cute too.

Have a great day loves!

Essie Partner In Crime

Hey Dolls

I picked up the gorgeous Essie Partner In Crime on sale the other day.  I don't have anything like this in my collection, I have quite a few nudes, and some browns with shimmer, but no dark brown creams.

Partner in Crime is pretty much a one coater, it has an amazing, buttery formula.

I had to add a coat of Sephora's It's Real 18K Gold Top Coat.  I love how this looks together.

Pink Week Breast Cancer Awareness, Essie Better Together with Gold Flakes

Hey Dolls

Today is the last day of Pink Mani Week for Breast Cancer Awareness.  I really learned a lot this week about breast cancer, and I hope you did too.

For my last mani, I started with Finger Paints Pink Imagination.  I added a coat of Sephora By OPI, It's Real 18K Gold Top Coat, and then a layer of Essie Better Together overtop.  I love the end result, so soft and pretty.

And the last fact on Breast Cancer.  I really hope these have been helpful for you ladies.

Sinful Colors Cinderella

A huuuge thank you to Amanda from Amandalandish for sending me Cinderella in our swap!
*In love*

You really do feel like you are wearing Cinderella's dress on your nails.  It's the perfect blue, and that pinky/orangey shimmer/glass flecks are goregous.

I used 4 coats, but it dried super quick and I loved watching it build up each time a new layer went on!

Before I owned Cinderella I tried to re-create it myself using Sephora Havana Dream and Revlon Colada Fizz.  This last pic is it. It satisfied me until I recieved the real thang!!

Cinderella Dupe, maybe.

Hello Luvlies

Sanx to everyone who entered my giveaway.  I'm so excited to now have over 300 followers!  The winner of the 2 Billie polishes is Madeline, I've sent an email out to her.  Congrats!

So this is my take on Cinderella by Sinful Colors.  I used Sephora by OPI's Havana Dreams, I needed 4 coats of this.  It may the the runniest, watery-ist polish I own, but once it reaches opacity it is gorgeous.  And then I put one coat of Revlon's Colada Fizz on top.

I don't own Cinderella yet, but when I do, I will do a comparison.  I think Colada Fizz has bigger glass flecks than Cinderella, and Colada is straight silver/white flecks, which I think Cinderella's glass flecks shine a bit orange?

What do you guys think?
