Joe Fresh Gel Look Polishes

Hey Dolls!

I picked up a few new Joe Fresh Gel Look polishes the other day.  I just chose some random ones that caught my eye.  Joe Fresh polishes are $4.00 each or 3 for $10.00.

First up is Kiwi, a sweet pastel kiwi shade.  I was expecting Kiwi to be really streaky, but it was super easy to work with.  I did two thick coats and it was perfectly opaque.

Vintage Pink is a gorgeous dusty rose shade that you know is right up my alley.  I know I've said it before (and I'm sure this won't be the last time) but I will never tire of shades like this.  I need them all!  I ended up needing three coats of this one.

Sparkling Glitz is a stunning pewter-platinum metallic foil.  This one is a one coater which makes it even more awesome!

Rosy Glitter Skittle Manicure

Hey Dolls!

I have a rosy glitter skittle mani to share with you today!  I love how soft and romantic it looks.

On my pointer finger I am wearing Joe Fresh Nude, it's such a lovely rose leaning nude.  My middle finger is China Glaze I'm Not Lion which is one of my fave glitters ever!  My ring finger is Essie Urban Jungle and my pinkie is Joe Fresh Rosewood.  And if you are curious, I am wearing Joe Fresh Nude on my thumb.

Hope you all had a Happy Easter.  We were busy doing reno's all weekend to get our house ready to sell!  Exciting times!

Have a great Wednesday lovelies!

Joe Fresh Moss

Hey Dolls!

I have a quick metallic mani to show you today.  My love for Joe Fresh polishes is still going strong!  I picked up this beauty for .94 cents.  You can't go wrong with that!  I used to hate metallic finishes, the streaks just used to kill me, but I something changed when I bought Joe Fresh Rose Gold and now I love them!

Joe Fresh Moss is a pale green metallic polish.  It was pretty much a one coater, but I did two for my swatch.  I also wore this for 7 days and had minimal chips or wear!

Have a great day my lovelies!

Joe Fresh Amethyst

Hey Dolls!

We are on Summer Holidays now and I couldn't be more excited to spend the Summer with my girlies.  Get ready for lots of  'nails at the beach' pics!

I found Joe Fresh Amethyst on sale for .94 cents, so of course, I had to pick it up.  It is a soft lavender shade with the most gorgeous pink flash.  The flash shows up best in natural sunlight, (my light box doesn't show it very well).  The formula was so perfect and buttery, I used two coats.

Have a great day lovelies!

China Glaze I'm Not Lion and Joe Fresh Pink Pearl

Hey Dolls

I have a soft accent mani to share with you today.  I picked up Joe Fresh Pink Pearl a while ago and  kinda forgot about it until now!  It was a new polish for Spring 2015.  Pink Pearl is a very pretty baby pink with lovely pale blue shimmer.  I needed three coats to get the opacity that I like.

I love using China Glaze I'm Not Lion as an accent nail.  I think it adds the perfect touch and the color of the glitter goes with so many polishes.

I hope you are all having a great weekend!

Fall Charm Manicure

Hey Dolls!

How are you all doing today?  We celebrated Thanksgiving this past weekend and I am still stuffed from all that turkey!  We hosted two family dinners and we were so busy that it's been seven days since I've done my nails.  They did not look cute!  My daughter was like 'Um, Mom? You need to do your nails!' Ha.

I wanted to do something a little fun, so I pulled out my nail charms from the Born Pretty Store.  I love that I can reuse these over and over.

On my pointer I am wearing Essie Picked Perfect from the Spring 2015 Collection.  I am wearing Joe Fresh Mauve on my middle finger and Joe Fresh Granite Glow on my pinkie.

Thanks for stopping by lovelies!

Joe Fresh Bronze

Hey Dolls!

I have a quick mani to show you today using Joe Fresh Bronze.  I am loving all these 'perfect-for-Fall' colors right now.

The formula was fantastic, almost a one coater.  It is a little streaky, but I don't mind at all!  I think I wore this for 5-6 days I loved it so much.

Have a great Monday!

Joe Fresh Polishes

Hey Dolls!

I have three Joe Fresh polishes to show you today.  Joe Fresh polishes are available in Canada, I'm not sure if you can order online?  I find them in my local supermarket.

This lovely soft blue is called Powder Blue.  There's definitely a hint of lavender here, it's a really close dupe to OPI To Be Continued...

Fig is a perfect purple for Fall.  The formula was awesome, almost a one-coater!

Mauve is a gorgeous dusty mauve (surprise surprise!).  I remember watching the movie Cinderella when I was little and loving the Stepmother's nail polish color!  I feel like it was really similar to Joe Fresh Mauve.  See, I've always been obsessed with nail polish! Ha.

Have a great day loves!

Joe Fresh and Sinful Colors

Hey Dolls!

How are you all doing?  We are still rockin out our Spring Break here in BC.  Loralai and I are making a trip across to the States tomorrow and I can't wait to pick out some polishes!

I have a couple random swatches to show you today.  First up is Sinful Colors Daredevil.  I don't normally gravitate to pinks with shimmer, but I don't know why because once they are on my nails I absolutely LOVE them!

The formula is a little sheer, but I still got decent coverage with two coats.  Loving that pretty shimmer.

Here is Joe Fresh Rosewood.  I bought this back in the Winter and am still loving it for Spring.  Two smooth coats gave me perfect opacity.

I love this color combo and there is just something so sweet about polka dots!

Rose Gold by Joe Fresh

Hey Dolls

I have a pretty big rose gold obsession, I've always loved it.  I mean gold is pretty amazing, then add some pink to that?!  Fabulous-ness.  You all know by now how much I love Joe Fresh polishes, so when I saw Rose Gold, it of course went straight into my basket.

Formula was great, it is super opaque so you can get away with just one coat.  I used two coats for my swatches.  Since it is a metallic, there are some brush strokes, but who cares, am-I-right?  It dried super quick, and my topcoat made it nice and shiny.

Joe Fresh Granite Glow

Hey Dolls

I have another new Joe Fresh polish from their Fall collection to show you today called Granite GlowGranite Glow is a stunning black linear holo!  I love that they finally put out a holo polish.

I wasn't able to capture the linear rainbow under my artificial light, but it definitely shows up in the sunshine!  This could have been a one coater, but I always do two for my swatches.  Formula was smooth and perfect.

I don't think I will ever tire of holo's!  How about you?

Joe Fresh Kaleidoscope

Hey Dolls

I am getting so excited that Fall is almost here!  I can feel Summer winding down and I'm looking forward to crisp air, sweaters and boots and especially dark nails!

To kick start my dark nails for Fall I have a brand new Joe Fresh polish called Kaleidoscope to show you.  Kaleidoscope is so complex!  The base is a grey jelly and it has flakies and microglitter that flash gold to pink to green!

This is a super unique polish that I think is perfect for Fall!

Hey Dolls

I have a review of some Born Pretty Store studs to share with you.  I picked out these silver and gold multi-sized studs because I knew I would get a lot of wear out of them.  You get over 500 studs, so these babies are going to last me a long time!

I paired these silver studs with a Joe Fresh polish called Mojito Mix.  You can find these studs here on the Born Pretty Store website.

If you are interested in ordering from the Born Pretty Store, you can use my coupon code (located on my side bar) for 10% off your purchase.  Shipping is always free from the Born Pretty Store!

Joe Fresh Tape Mani

Hiya Dolls

Hope you are all enjoying your Summer!  It has been so hot here lately, it's hard to find ways to cool down!

I have a tape mani to share with you today using Joe Fresh Topaz and Lavender.  I am really loving Topaz, it's not gold and it's not silver (I guess it's 'topaz' haha!).

Summer Gradient

Hiya Dolls!

I've got a pretty Summer gradient using Joe Fresh polishes today.  I love how gradients look like you put a lot of effort into your mani, but really it's super simple nail art!

I used Joe Fresh Melon and Lavender for the gradient and Starry for the accent nail.  On my thumb I wore Melon.

I used OPI Angel With A Leadfoot as a base for my gradient to make the colors pop.  I don't do this when I wear the colors on their own, but for sponging gradients I find it helps.
