Twinsie Tuesday Glitter Bomb

Hello hello,

We are showing off a Glitter Bomb mani today for Twinsie Tuesday.

I did this mani a few months ago just for fun.  I really liked how it turned out!  I used Billie Anxiety (green glitter) and NYX Prismatic Gold for the glitter tips.

Check out my other Twinsie's to see their Glitter Bomb mani's!

Billie Green Meadows

I was so happy to find this Summer neon, but once it was on my nails, I realized that I just cannot rock this look.  It was waaaay too bright for me.
And besides not loving it on me, it was a huge pain in the butt to apply.  This was five layers people!  Re-dic.  I suppose I could have done thicker layers, or maybe layered it over white?  Too late, I'm over it!

I do love the white shimmer in it though!

Yes all 3 of these pics are the same polish, just different lighting, my camera could not handle this color either!

Are you guys sporting the neon trend?

Billie Anxiety

Yay for Friday!

I lurrrrve this glitter, but really dislike it's name.  Seriously, what's up with that name?  Anxiety?

Anyhoo, "Anxiety" has loads of fun glitter in a green jelly base.  It has silver, gold, purple, blue and a lot of different greens in there.  This was 2 coats, and I put it over top of Sinful Colors Mint Apple that I wore the other day.

For a bit more fun, I added some NYX Prismatic Gold to the tips.  I love those holo gold hex's!

Twinsie Tuesday Half Moon

Twinsie Tuesday is back again, this week we are showing a half moon mani, using a pastel and a neon.

I used Orly Prelude to a Kiss as my pastel.  It's a soft orange cream pastel.  And I used Billie Electric Fuschia as my neon.  It's a neon pink with a lot of blue shimmer.  It showed up like crazay  in some pics.

Go check out the other lovely Twinsie Tuesday laday's:

Gradient Mani

Hello Darlin's

After seeing so many gradients around lately, I really wanted to give it a try.  Sami had a great tutorial on her blog.

I used Sinful Colors Hazard which is the beautiful creamy orange, and Billie Electric Fuschia for my gradient.  I am super happy with the results, but I'll know to add way more polish to the sponge the next time I try it.  It was a little sparse around my cuticles.  I love the shimmer in the Billie polish, it felt so unexpected next to the cream.

Uninhibited Electric Blue

Over top of my Electric Blue Billie mani from yesturday I added a coat of Kleancolor Purple Holo and a bit of L.A. Girls Uninhibited. 1 coat of SV made everything smoooooth.  I like how the black glitter looks like it's floating around on there.

Electric Blue

Happy Leap Year Day!

I've got another Billie polish to share with you!  This is called Electric Blue.  I love the flash of purple shimmer in this pretty blue.  These Billie's are so easy to apply, and they dry suuupa quick too.  This is 3 really thin coats.

It doesn't dry completely matte, more of a 'pearl' finish.  Next pics are with topcoat.

Electric Coral

Wowza this is a bright polish!  Electric Coral is right!   I'm thinking it will be a pedicure color this Summer, not so much on my fingers.

Billie is a line of crazy colored polishes at dollar stores in Canada.  They are now toluene and formaldehyde free, and they don't stink as much as they used to!

This dried to a suede finish, and while it looked cool matte, I knew a coat of gloss would bring out the blurple shimmer I could see hiding in there.

This is with SV
